Boogie on the Bayou - Sunday, May 23, 2010 Campbell, CA
Boogie On The Bayou takes place each Spring in Historical Downtown Campbell on Campbell Ave between Winchester and Bascom. This two day street is FREE and brings people out to have fun in the sun while mixing and mingling with the local Campbell community. This year it featured 200+ arts and crafts booths, a Kiddie Korner, live entertainment, American and International cuisine featuring Cajun and New Orleans-style food, beer, wine and soda as well as entertainment by yours truly. Bahira performed with indigenous on the Gumbo Community Stage presenting 2 different 20 minute shows with a costume change. The first half featured Tribal belly dance and the second half Traditional dances.
