Private Party Mediterranean Night - May 21, 2011

Each year Washington Open Elementary School in Santa Clara, California holds a fundraising auction for the school.  Each year they offer the bidding parents a private Mediterranean Dinner Party at the winner's home at which Indigenous is featured as the entertainment.  The house is transformed into a sultan's palace and the food is outstanding.  It is a very popular auction item and Bahira and Indigenous are always delighted to perform. 

Bahira and Indigenous put on a fine 40 minute show with a mixture of traditional dances featuring zills, veil, sword, mirrored balls, candle, duets, trios and solos.  Guests, 12 of them this year, were then invited up to dance and the floor got crowded!  A good time was had by all.
