Second Annual Breast Cancer Belly Dance Benefit
August 13, 2011 San Jose, California
Indigenous with Saiqa and her Sisters of the Temple Moon and with (lucky) San Jose Police 911 Angels supporter, Alex
Bahira was delighted to perform with Indigenous and a sparkling line-up of performers for Saiqa and Farouche's Second Annual Breast Cancer Belly Dance Benefit on Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the perfectly intimate stage of the Willow Glen United Methodist Church, 1420 Newport Avenue in San Jose, California. Over 100 guests showed up to watch, buy raffle tickets and enjoy a fantastic spread of good eats, all for a good cause. The generous donations collected by the 911 Angels of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer organization totaled $3684, 100% of which goes directly to Breast Cancer Research.
Thanks to everyone: volunteers, dancers, raffle donators and especially the audience who made this a success!
